Clubs, Organizations, and ROTC

ERAU endorsed clubs and organizations may check out media equipment for use at authorized events. Sponsors and Advisors take responsibility for the equipment on behalf of the club or organization and verify that the club or organization will reimburse Media Services for lost or damaged equipment. Media services staff use the list of active Clubs/Organizations provided by Student Activities to verify information. Club sponsors or advisors may book equipment 24 hours in advance of need by filling out the Media Equipment Request form. Sponsors or advisors of active clubs may authorize up to three club officers per semester to pick up and return equipment for authorized events by filling out the Student Assistant Permission Confirmation Form. This form must be filled out and signed by the current club sponsor or advisor each semester. Media Services staff may call to confirm event authorization and may deny a request if authorization cannot be confirmed or if the safety of the equipment is perceived to be at risk. Clubs will lose their borrowing privileges if equipment is mistreated or returned late.
