Accessing Course Reserves

Print reserves are held at the Circulation Desk. They are arranged alphabetically by the instructor’s last name. A list of all print reserves for each professor is found in a folder at the beginning of the reserve section for that professor.

To check out print reserves, bring your Eagle Card to the Circulation Desk and request the reserve item. Reserve materials may be checked out for in-library use for three (3) hours.

To access a list of all reserves, follow these instructions for searching Voyager:

  1. Begin from the Hunt Library's homepage (http://library.erau.edu).
  2. Click on Daytona Beach.
  3. Select Course Reserves from Quick Links at top of the page.
  4. Select either Instructor, Course number, or Department.
  5. Click on the Search button. A list of reserve materials will appear.
  6. If print reserves, click on the desired item to obtain the call number.
  7. Take the call number and your Eagle card to the Circulation Desk to request the item.
  8. If electronic reserves, a list of materials may appear, click on the item titled Instructor Name / Electronic Reserves. The electronic course reserve record will appear.
  9. Click on Click here to access documents. All documents are password protected. Please contact your course instructors for passwords.
