- Full Name
- E-mail Address
- Colleague Student ID Number
- Daytime Telephone Numbers
- Mailing Address
- Residential Address (if different)
- Campus at which you are currently registered
- OR are you a Worldwide Online student?
Ordering Information
You may have a maximum of five (5) items checked out at any one time. Books can be ordered by following our Voyager Online Instructions or by using our Book Request Form. We can provide you with access to our book collection by either shipping books to your home address or providing the Table of Contents to you electronically.
Shipping Information
We use United Parcel Services (UPS) to ship books to the home address of both Worldwide Campus and Worldwide Online students within the continental United States. Please provide us with a street address as UPS cannot deliver to post office boxes. Books will be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska using FedEx 2nd day shipping. Books will be shipped overseas using the United States Postal Service. This includes military APO/FPO addresses.
The library covers the cost of shipping the books to the requestor. The requestor is responsible for the costs of shipping the books back to the library. All packages must be insured and traceable.
We make every effort to process your request within forty-eight hours of receipt depending upon availability of resources. If a book you request is not available because it is charged to another patron or missing from the shelves, we will contact you immediately with this information and ask for further instructions. We can place a hold on the book and ship it to you when it is returned to the library or when we locate a missing item. Please let us know if you want to cancel a request so we can avoid unnecessary shipping.
Loan Period
- United States - 30 days
- International - 45 days
Please see our policy on renewals.
Return of Materials
You are responsible for the cost of returning the books to the Hunt Library. Please use the address label sent with your materials when returning the items. Books can be returned by priority mail (first class), or the fastest, most reliable shipping method available to you.
All packages must be insured and traceable. If materials are lost in the mail, you are responsible for the replacement cost of the books.
